Epson Upgrade Your Prints Sweepstakes 2009. Official Rules.

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. VOID IN PUERTO RICO AND WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. Enter online after 12:01 p.m. ET, 10/10/08 at www.pophoto.com/virtualphotolab. Entries must be received by 11:59 a.m. ET on 03/31/09. One entry per person or email address.
   
2. This Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and Washington D.C., 18 years of age and older. Officers, directors and employees of the Sponsors, Hachette Filipacchi Media U.S., Inc. and Epson America, Inc., as well as members of their immediate families and those living in the same households are not eligible to enter.
   
3. Four winners will be selected at random from all eligible entrants on or about 04/15/09. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The winner will be notified by mail and/or by email on or about 04/30/09. Return of any prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
   
4. A total of 4 prize winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about 04/15/09. The Grand Prize winner will receive a trip to the Mentor Series Domestic Destination Trek of his or her choice. This prize includes roundtrip airfare to the Domestic Destination of the winner’s choice from an airport near the winner’s home , standard hotel accommodations for 4 days and 3 nights (ARV for airfare and hotel $2,072), and the $925 Mentor Series Domestic Destination Trek workshop fee. Ground transportation, meals and other incidental expenses are not included and are the sole responsibility of the winner. Black-out dates and other restrictions may apply. The grand prize must be used on or before 12/31/09. One First Prize winner will receive an Epson R2880 printer (ARV: $800.00). Two Second Prize winners will receive one Epson R1900 printer each (ARV: $550.00). All prizes will be awarded.
   
5. No transfers, substitutions in prizes or cash will be allowed except by Sponsor, who may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. If the winners cannot accept a prize as stated, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.
   
6. The winner must comply with all instructions in the prize notification letter, including the completion of an affidavit and liability/publicity release, and return them within fifteen days of the date on the prize notification letter; otherwise prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. Winner’s traveling companion(s) also must complete a liability release. By entering and/or by accepting a prize, you agree to be bound by these rules and to release Sponsors from any and all liability arising out of your participation in this Sweepstakes with respect to the awarding, receipt, use and/or misuse of any prize.
   
7. Liability for any applicable taxes will be the sole responsibility of the winners. Any required tax reporting forms will be furnished to the Internal Revenue Service. All expenses not specifically provided for by Sponsors in these rules are the sole responsibility of the winners.
   
8. Each winner, by acceptance of a prize, except where legally prohibited, grants permission for Sponsors and their designees to use his/her name, address (city and state), photograph, voice and/or other likeness and prize information for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without further compensation, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide, and on the Internet and world wide web, in perpetuity, without notice or review or approval.
   
9. Entries that are lost, late, illegible or incomplete for any reason will not be eligible. Sponsors reserve the right to modify or terminate this Sweepstakes or disqualify any entry in the event of technical impairment by computer virus or otherwise. In the event of early termination, Sponsors will randomly select winners from all eligible entries received at time of termination. In the event of a dispute concerning the identity of the person submitting an entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the person in whose name the email account is registered. This Sweepstakes is subject to federal, state and local laws with venue in New York County in the State of New York. By entering, you agree to be bound by these rules and you give your express permission to be contacted by Sponsors by e-mail and/or mail.
   
10. For winner’s list, mail a self-addressed, stamped envelope after 04/10/09 to: Epson Sweepstakes, Attention: Michelle Cast, Popular Photography, 1633 Broadway, New York, NY 10019. Residents of VT may omit postage.
